HOW IT WORKS

Clean interior + low oxygen. We remove deposit/biofilm starting points and verify a low-oxygen handover (O₂ ≤ 2%) using WPNI — ECS or equivalent, plus NFPA 13 air venting at high points, reducing under-deposit/MIC risk in wet systems. We don’t leave chemicals in service water.

Why Do Your Customers Love Our Products?

Significantly Reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Our pipes are priced slightly higher than traditional fire sprinkler pipes, but our Corrosion Prevention Solution extends their lifespan, significantly reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your customers. In an era of soaring steel prices, it’s more important than ever to spend wisely.

Dependable in Emergencies: Our solution maintains full functionality during fires, providing safety when it matters most. According to NFPA's national research, the leading cause of sprinklers failing to operate is that the system was shut off before the fire, often due to leaks, thereby making them ineffective when needed most. An NFPA analysis of U.S. fires from 2010–2014 found that three out of every five (59%) non-operations were due to shut valves often due to leaks.

Attractive for LEED Green Building Projects

Our solution supports sustainability by reducing replacement frequency, minimizing material waste, and meeting environmental standards.

The Advantage of Our Optional Post-Delivery (Post-Import) 15-Year Leak Warranty:

  1. With virtually no unplanned maintenance costs, it's easier to win bids.
  2. Can Be Easily Bundled with Maintenance and Annual Inspection Contracts – Ensure a steady, predictable income stream.
  3. Maximize Customer Lifetime Value – Build long-term client relationships through a proactive maintenance and inspection approach, rather than relying on one-time repairs.

Optional Post-Delivery (Post-Import) 15-Year Limited Leak Warranty:

 1. What's covered: Through-wall leaks caused by internal corrosion (including MIC) in our pipe, for 15 years from handover. 2. What's required: The system is installed per NFPA 13, a documented low-oxygen handover (Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting—ECS or equivalent) showing O₂ ≤ 2% at representative high points, compliance with NFPA 13 air-venting and annual O₂ spot checksre-inerting after major water additions, and Debris-Free Easy Installation3. How we remedy. We will repair or replace affected pipe segments. As a labor allowance, we will issue a service credit equivalent to the value of one (1) pipes of the same specification; no tangible parts are delivered under this allowance. The value of this credit counts toward the caps below. 4. What's not covered: Freeze, impact, seismic, water-hammer/over-pressure, external corrosion, incompatible chemicals, or systems not kept low-oxygen after major water additions. 5. Limits & deductible- Deductible: US $500 per incident. Per-incident cap: the lesser of 10% of our invoiced pipe value for the project. Project aggregate cap (15-year total): the lesser of 30% of our invoiced pipe value for the project.

We will deliver some extra steel pipes to your side so they can be used immediately in case any pipes need repair, without having to wait.

Warranty is offered by us; WPNI or equivalent providers are not co-warrantors.

Corrosion caused by MIC leads to pipe leakage within 12 to 15 years. This means that if there is no pipe leakage within 15 years of use, leaks due to MIC will not occur. Therefore, if no leakage happens during our warranty period, it indicates that, with routine nitrogen inerting performed, the pipes will not leak in the future and the pipes can last for 50 to 70 years, similar to the lifespan of steel pipes several decades ago, before the impact of MIC.

Debris-Free Easy Installation, Lower Costs

  1. With a Fabrication Shop: With our "Debris-Free Easy Installation," which simplifies the processing procedure, you can significantly reduce the factory work required for each project. This allows your factory to greatly expand its capacity to take on more projects, thereby significantly increasing your revenue.
  2. Without a Fabrication Shop: "Debris-Free Easy Installation" requires only minimal processing, such as cutting and grooving the steel pipes at the job site, and enhances installation efficiency.

What is Debris-Free Easy Installation: Our innovative pipes simplify the installation process. Simply cut the pipes to the lengths specified in the blueprint and connect them using Threaded Outlet Couplings with Gaskets to assemble the entire wet sprinkler system directly. Designing the blueprint with uniform pipe lengths (e.g., our standard lengths) can further streamline on-site installation, saving time and labor. Additionally, we offer grooving services for both ends of the pipes to meet your specific project requirements.

Our Corrosion (MIC) Prevention Solution —clean-interior UL & cUL steel fire sprinkler pipe + nitrogen inerting (WPNI, ECS or equivalent) + NFPA 13 air venting + documentation—delivers the following Competitive Advantages:

- Spec-ready acceptance: Submittals include a Clean-Pipe Evidence Pack, an O₂ ≤ 2% acceptance log at representative high points, and NFPA 13 air-venting confirmation—helping AHJs approve faster.

- Fewer callbacks: Clean interiors and a documented low-oxygen handover reduce early deposits/biofilm and the risk of under-deposit/MIC-related issues.

- Optional Post-Delivery 15-Year Limited Leak Warranty: When installed and maintained per program, your system is covered for qualifying leaks caused by internal corrosion (including MIC)—a warranty contractors can confidently offer to owners.

- Lower lifecycle cost: An outcome-based approach (no chemicals left in service water) helps lower TCO by reducing leak repairs and unplanned shutdowns. A simple TCO worksheet is available upon request.

- Fire exposure ready: Noncombustible steel is suitable for fire exposure and looks clean in exposed installations thanks to its exterior galvanized finish.

- Simple upkeep: No ongoing chemical program—just annual O₂ spot checks and re-inert after major water additions to keep oxygen low.

- Sustainability minded. Steel is recyclable and durable; longer service intervals mean less replacement waste and may support owner sustainability goals.

- No internal zinc coatings: We do not rely on internal galvanizing or in-service chemical additives; control is achieved through cleanliness + oxygen management + documentation.

How to prevent MIC?

In wet sprinkler systems, fabrication residues (e.g., fines, mill scale, cutting fluids) can remain on pipe interiors. Once water is introduced, these residues provide surfaces and nutrients where biofilm can establish; under-deposit corrosion and MIC may then initiate. Our approach removes this variable: we supply clean-interior UL/cUL steel pipe.

Trapped air leaves oxygen at gas–water interfaces, which drives early corrosion and creates more deposits. We control that with NFPA 13 air venting and Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (WPNI) to achieve a low-oxygen condition. Acceptance is O₂ ≤ 2% at representative high points (ECS WPNI or equivalent), documented in the handover package.

We do not claim sterilization—potable fill water isn’t sterile. The control method is cleanliness + oxygen management + documentation (re-inert after major water additions; annual spot O₂ checks). This outcome-based program is why we can offer a 15-Year Leak-Free Warranty for wet systems.

Steel for fire exposure—without the corrosion anxiety.

Why steel—and how we control corrosion

Fire events demand noncombustible steel. The industry’s concern has been internal corrosion (including MIC) in wet systems. Our outcome-based program addresses that concern without chemicals left in service water: a clean interior, NFPA 13 air venting, and WPNI to achieve a low-oxygen handover (O₂ ≤ 2%) at representative high points. The acceptance is documented (O₂ log, Clean-Pipe Evidence Pack, venting confirmation), and we back the job with a optional 15-Year Limited Leak Warranty for internal-corrosion leaks in our pipe.

What this means for contractors

- Fire exposure ready: noncombustible steel for demanding environments.

- Fewer callbacks: low-oxygen, clean handovers reduce early deposits/biofilm and MIC risk.

- Spec-ready: O₂ ≤ 2% log, NFPA 13 venting confirmation and a Clean-Pipe Evidence Pack

- Clear warranty: 15-Year Limited Leak Warranty (full terms available).

Founded by a clinician with a background in microbiology, we built an outcome-based program for wet sprinkler systems around cleanliness, oxygen management, and documentation—so contractors can hand over low-oxygen systems and stand behind them with a clear warranty.

Our company is a Corrosion (MIC) - preventing steel fire sprinkler pipe manufacturer that sells directly to customers.

If the time from project acquisition to installation is short, it's not difficult, as long as you own or rent a warehouse to stock our steel pipes, you can start a business with unlimited potential for future development.

Authorized Contractor Program

Our optional Authorized Contractor Program lets qualified fire protection contractors install our UL & cUL listed steel fire sprinkler pipe under an outcome-based corrosion-control program. We supply a modular acceptance pack: Submittal documents, an O₂ ≤ 2% acceptance log (Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting—ECS or equivalent), NFPA 13 air-venting confirmation, a Clean-Pipe Evidence Pack and a Optional Post-Delivery (Post-Import) 15-Year Limited Leak-Free Warranty for leaks caused by internal corrosion (including MIC) in our pipe.

Territory (how we handle geography)

We do not grant permanent exclusivity. Instead, qualified contractors can earn performance-based territory preference—a right of first refusal on registered projects—after meeting annual gates (e.g., revenue target, first-pass O₂ ≤ 2% acceptance, documentation quality, response SLAs). Territory preference is reviewed annually. If there is no authorized contractor in your area and you have not yet joined the program, you may purchase and install in your region. This does not confer exclusivity. To protect your bid work, use Deal Registration—register a project to receive a 90–180-day protection window (we will not quote the same scope to others during that period). If, over 12 months, you meet the agreed performance gates (e.g., annual volume such as US$2M, first-pass O₂ ≤ 2% acceptance rate, documentation quality, and service levels), we may offer territory preference for the following year.
Program note: This is an authorized-contractor program, not a franchise. No franchise fees apply.

We offer ASTM A135/A795 SCH 7,10,40 UL&cUL listed external galvanized/internal black hot-rolled steel fire sprinkler pipes in various sizes, including 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" and 4". According to statistical data, MIC in fire sprinkler pipes almost always occurs in pipes smaller than 2-1/2". Therefore, using small-sized Corrosion (MIC) - Preventing Steel Fire Sprinkler Pipes is sufficient for prevention, while larger-sized pipes can use standard fire sprinkler pipes.

UL Listed: Yes (UL 852), EX15151. The following is UL document.

FM Approvals status. Our product configuration (UL & cUL listed steel sprinkler pipe with an clean interior) is not currently within an FM Approvals program scope. This is not the result of a failed test, but a scope mismatch. For AHJ-reviewed projects, we provide a complete acceptance package—including UL & cUL listing, O₂ ≤ 2% inerting logs (ECS WPNI or equivalent), NFPA 13 air-venting and a Clean-Pipe Evidence Pack—so reviewers can make an informed approval based on documented outcomes.

If an existing wet sprinkler system experiences MIC, it indicates that a significant portion of the wet sprinkler pipes within the system is already affected by MIC. This can lead to blockages and water leaks in the fire sprinkler pipes over time. We recommend replacing all the fire sprinkler pipes with our Corrosion (MIC) - Preventing steel fire sprinkler pipes to prevent corrosion from recurring. Switching to our product can relieve you from the concerns of corrosion in your wet sprinkler system. Some might suggest using biocides to kill the anaerobic bacteria causing MIC, but biocides cannot entirely eliminate these bacteria from the wet sprinkler system, leading to their resurgence and further corrosion of fire sprinkler pipes.
